PlymHypnos Hypnotherapy was founded by Nikki and Chris, a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping people in Plymouth and South Devon make real, lasting changes in their lives.
We created PlymHypnos because we believe everyone deserves to feel in control of their mind, their habits, and their well being. Whether you're battling with smoking, struggling with weight, going through menopause, living with chronic pain, or held back by a phobia, we're here to help you move forward.
What we do:
We provide professional, client-centered hypnotherapy that gets to the root of the issue, not just the symptoms. Using modern techniques drawn from multiple hypnotherapy disciplines, we help you rewire unhelpful patterns and create positive change in as few sessions as possible.
How we work:
We specialise separately so you always work with the therapist best suited to your needs. Nikki focuses on weight loss, emotional eating, and menopause support, while Chris specialises in stop smoking / vaping, chronic pain, and phobias. We're both fully qualified, registered with the GHR and CNHC, and committed to ongoing professional development.

Friendly, down-to-earth, and judgment-free. We offer in-person sessions across Plymouth and surrounding areas, plus online appointments for clients across the UK. Every session is tailored to you, confidential, and designed with your goals in mind.
