Property isn’t about bricks and mortar, it’s about the people inside them. I’m Gary Mudge, an independent estate agent serving Plymouth and the surrounding areas. I don’t come from a traditional corporate property background, and I’m proud of that. I spent 12 years in the NHS as a Project Manager in Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement. My career has been dedicated to managing complex changes and making systems work better for people when it matters most. I’ve brought that same "People First" ethos to the local property market to offer a service built on Psychological Safety and Authenticity.
My business is built on three core non-negotiables:
• People First: My NHS background taught me that empathy is everything. You aren't a transaction; you are a person going through a major life transition. My job is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
• Data Driven: I spent a decade using data to improve outcomes and solve problems. I bring that same analytical rigour to your valuation. No "fluff" or "sales talk", just hard facts and real-time data so you can make confident decisions.
• Your Pace: In project management, timing is everything, but it has to be the right timing for the stakeholders. Whether you want to move in 4 weeks or 4 years, I work to your timeline. Zero pressure, always.
