Jacka Bakery is the oldest working bakery in the UK, proudly serving Plymouth since the early 1600s. Nestled on Southside Street in the heart of the Barbican, we’re a family-run bakery known for our award-winning sourdough and handmade pastries.
Every loaf, croissant, and coffee is made with care and passion.
We bake on-site each day, continuing over 400 years of baking history in the same building — blending heritage, craft, and community spirit in everything we do.
