Working with me is not about learning to just manage or cope – it’s about discovering the real reason, the root cause, you feel the way you do, bringing what’s hidden deep in your subconscious into your awareness, releasing and letting go of trauma, emotional pain, unresolved experiences or subconscious responses then resetting how your body and mind respond to enable you to move forward thinking, feeling and being genuinely different.
I work intuitively and compassionately, using powerful Deep Structure NLP questions to help you find your own answers. I won’t tell you what to do, think or feel. I won’t tell you what to do – the change comes from within you. It may feel uncomfortable at times, but real change often does. Just know, I am here to support you throughout.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) involves the language of the body as a whole – our neuro (nerve) messages from the brain, our voice and body (language), together with how our beliefs are created and embedded in our subconscious. 90-95% of what goes on in our heads is in our subconscious!
The Deep Structure part really focuses on what sits beneath the conscious thought, in your subconscious, which is where all your beliefs, emotional responses and patterns are created and stored.
